Will he grow out of this????
My 5 year old cousin LOVES girl stuff, such as rings, purses, and so on. When he was a baby id dress him up like a girl, now i feel bad because he acts like a girl. Im sure he couldnt remember me dressing him up, How do i help him get over this fantasy he has with girl stuff? He even loves girl cartoons like Disney Princess thats his favorite. Should i feel bad or will he eventually grow out of it? He has a lil sis and shes the tomboy how do i help the mom fix this??
Ive tried to show him boy stuff, but all he says is i dont like that i like my pink stuff, My husbands nephew lives beside us and they play sometimes but my lil cousin continues to talk about girly stuff while our nephew talks about trains, planes, and heavy equipment. And hes a year younger
Oh and he goes to pre-k, So hes around boys and girls, the teachers let him get the girl stuff out of the treasure box at school. Should i have the mom talk to the teacher
I think you should get the mom to talk about this. There may be a 50 percent chance he’ll grow out of it. He’s still five years old. There’s still time. But what I am saying doesn’t mean stop your efforts to change him now. Continue.
